We offer a complete lawn maintenance package as well as individual services to meet your specific needs. Mario has over 20 years of experience in designing home landscapes ranging from small and intimate spaces to complete yard make-overs.
Our Standard Lawn Maintenance Package:
- Mow once per week or as required
- Edge all paved areas
- Trim areas where mower cannot be reached
- Blow off all paved areas
- Remove sticks and trash from yard
Additional Services (Optional)
- Fertilize 4 times per year
- Core-Aerate once a year
- Re-seed once a year
- Mulch application
- Weed control
- Pine Needles
- Leaf removal from grassed areas in the fall (Recycling fees apply)
- Other services quoted upon request
Landscaping Services
- Plant and Prune Trees and Shrubs
- Feeding and Treatment for nutritionally troubled or diseased plants
- Soil enhancements to promote healthy plant growth and deter insects
Design Services
- Work with homeowner and advise in selecting plants and trees
- Stone and pavers for walkways, decorative edging and soil containment
